A little bit about me.... I'm Craig Dewhurst, your Good Neighbor and local State Farm Agent for the past twenty-four years! I grew up in the Jacksonville area, am a current resident of World Golf Village in Saint Augustine, and love to give back to my community. I currently serve as a business partner for several St. Johns County schools and local youth sports, and serve on the St. Johns County Traffic Safety Team. I am also a proud Alumni of Florida State University and serve on the Seminole Boosters National Board.

Before becoming a State Farm Insurance agent, I worked for State Farm in Catastrophe Operations, where I saw firsthand State Farm’s desire and ability to help people when they needed it the most. Because of State Farm’s significant financial strength, we can be confident they will continue to provide in times of need. I knew this was the company I wanted to work with and whose services I wanted to provide to my customers and community. I opened my agency doors on July 1, 2000 and have been helping customers ever since. I am thrilled to have the privilege of owning a business in my community!

• Brian

  • Brian has worked in the Insurance industry for more than fifteen years now and enjoys getting to know customers. Brian loves helping customers with home and auto insurance, but his favorite insurance to provide customers is Life Insurance. He loves learning about each family and their goals in order to help them answer the question "what kind of life insurance should I get?" He enjoys providing quotes and options to meet family's financial needs that also fits into their budget. Brian also understands that customers' situations and needs change over time, and actively reviews life changes with customers to make sure their Life Insurance coverage is still the right fit for them. Whether customers have questions about term life pros and cons for a growing family, or would like to discuss Life Insurance for seniors, Brian is eager to help!

  • Marjorie is a Florida native and has been in the insurance industry for nineteen years and in my office here in World Golf Village for the past nine. She really enjoys helping customers every day, and because she speaks Spanish, she is able to help more customers in more ways! Marjorie enjoys quoting Homeowners Insurance and helping customers throughout the process of moving and buying a home. She works with customers to compare Home Insurance so they can be confident they are buying the right product and coverage to fit their needs. She also enjoys working with new drivers to help navigate Auto Insurance, ensuring they have the information to make the right decisions to fit their needs and budget.

  • Lindsey has been with my State Farm Insurance Agency for eleven years, and boasts a total of fifteen years in insurance. Lindsey focuses on auto insurance policy billing questions and State Farm payment plan reminders. Her commitment to customers helps prevent lapses of coverage due to a missed payment or misplaced bill. This is another way we provide remarkable service to customers.

  • Heather, our office manager, has worked for State Farm for over twenty years. She has worked for different agents in other states prior to relocating to Florida twelve years ago. Heather enjoys reviewing current home and auto insurance coverage and available options with customers, to ensure that even as their needs change, they are still protected in ways that help them continue to achieve their financial goals. With many customers also being business owners and operators themselves, Heather finds that many entrepreneurs can also benefit from State Farm's business insurance products.   • Lauren, a customer favorite, is back at the Craig Dewhurst agency after gaining experience with an IT firm for the past two years. She had worked in our office for eleven years prior to that, and is very excited to be back, working with many of the same customers, and meeting new ones as well.   • Katie has been in the insurance industry with State Farm for fourteen years. Katie manages the office marketing, but also enjoys quoting Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, and Renters Insurance, and helping find customers discounts on their insurance! Prior to insurance, Katie was in the service industry, so customer service is one of her greatest strengths and passions.

  • Kayla started with the office in 2022 and focuses on customer service and billing. She is a Florida native and loves providing great service to our customers, helping them with their auto, home, and renters insurance.

  • Chris has been with the Craig Dewhurst team for a year, and came to us with a year's insurance experience already! Prior to insurance, Chris worked at a car dealership. Chris grew up in Miami and also speaks Spanish! One of his passions outside of work is photography, and Chris loves to photograph our local St. Augustine beaches, parks, and wildlife. Chris loves working with customers, quoting their home and auto insurance, and helping them save money.

• Ryan

  • Ryan is new to the Craig Dewhurst team, but comes to us with three years of insurance experience already under his belt. Prior to that, Ryan worked in the financial industry. Customer service and auto insurance knowledge are some of Ryan's strengths. He is eager to connect with customers and provide them with a great experience.
