"Where to start , a week ago I run into a car accident so the left front tire got punctured but the body of my car didn't have any dents! Thanks God , so luckily that day I find a tire shop right besides where I did the accident and they replaced the damaged one immediately, so coming back home the alarm heating signal started on and I was a block away from my house so I continued driving my car to where I live and parked it in my community , to be honest with you I stayed one week trying to figure out how I'm going to be able to drive my car to a repair shop ! So today "State Farm" my car insurance came to my mind ! and I said let me call them and ask them if my insurance can help me tow my car ! So I called and Austin from State Farm answered me , I explained to him what happened with my car and I need desperately to tow my car to a repair shop that I know and to be honest with you i tried to call couple of towing companies but most of them are expensive ! and don't have enough money to pay them ! , guess what everybody Austin told me that I don't have in my insurance that agreement ! Because I didn't know about it before ! So I asked Austin what are my options now ? He said to me wait I'm going to try to find you a towing company so just give me a couple of minutes , so I waited till he does his research and finally he came back and told me that I did find you a towing company and the cost of towing your car to your repair shop is $145.00 but we're not going to let you pay for it it's going to be on us ! I said to him ARE YOU SERIOUS !! he said yes ! I started jumping up and down and I was filled with relief and happiness!! I mean what can I tell you people there's still good people in this life ! You won't believe how many times i thanked him !! You know what people it's so rewarding and so comforting whenever you face in your life people like Austin ! He understood my situation, he listened carefully what I need , not only that ! He went over and beyond to solve my problem , I want to wish him all the best in his carrier and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for his excellent service and STATE FARM you're my number one in my book , thank you for all your services and best wishes for a brighter future."
